Steps For Making Carrot Stew
1. Wash,dice and boil carrot
2. Wash and boil meat or chicken
3. Blend boiled carrot with ginger,garlic,onion and pepper.
4.    Put one spoonful of vegetable oil on fire,add onion and.  allow to cook for a while.
5. Add blended carrot,stir properly,add meat and allow to steam,you can spice up with curry powder and allow to steam for a while.Your carrot stew is ready.
