The project, Rural Exploration, is an initiative of Damopepictures and is not aligned to any government of any kind. The project is the vision of voluntary individuals who share similar ideas. Collectively, Damopepictures is working with these individuals of like minds to create a platform where individual talents and creativity can be projected. The platform gives individuals the opportunity to discover and showcase their respective talents.
Consequently, this project aligns and reconciles with the need of rural areas.  creative minds and talents such as models, fashion designers, beadsmits, makeup artist, photographers and other skillful Enterprises are given the opportunity to be very productive and relevant to their society as they work skillfully together to give their own quota to society.
The project further explores and photographs abandoned rural areas and grassroots in Nigeria, at the same time, capturing homes, communities, industry, life-styles and cultures with the intention of bringing them to the notice of the public. Rural Exploration concentrates majorly on the rural areas. Nevertheless, the project emphasizes solidarity with people of any community willing to receive the PARTICIPANTS.

Speaking with miss tourism south south;Miss Inyene Wealth Bassey on this project, she said that the project was bent on.    rural exploration,she further stated that ;

The degenerating status and standard of the rural areas in the country is very disheartening. It is observed that people living in the rural areas of Nigeria are generally known to be suffering from deprivation. Worst still, these people are unable to access information which can help meet the demands of the challenges of daily living.  The situation is made worse by the negligence
on the part of the assigned institutions of government to take responsibility of these areas.
This situation has made it pertinent for like minded individuals , motivated by humane consideration for the rural poor to give their own quota to society.  This is partially achieved by enriching lives with gift items, materials information's and workshops.

SPONSOR APPEAL : Rural Exploration will systematically and increasingly impact the lives of skilled youths and people in the rural areas. The increasing desire by team members to extend generosity to many rural areas in Nigeria makes it mandatory to solicit support from willing sponsors  and individual donations. The project is not under any government scheme but is the initiative of generous volunteers. Hence, it welcomes participations donations and sponsorships.
